Our Delivery Program and Operational Plan

Consultation opening soon: 30 April - 28 May

Our Commitment to our Community

We have developed a new Delivery Program and Operational Plan that turns ideas and commitments into real-life actions.

It outlines what Council will deliver between 2025-2029 and is shaped by what you, our community has told us is most important!

The plan includes a clear breakdown of where your rates go and Councillor’s Priorities for 2025-2029:

  • Town centres
  • Sport and leisure precincts
  • Traffic and parking
  • Housing and development
  • Waterways and stormwater

This year we'll also be exhibiting the following strategies, which are important to our ability to deliver for our community:

  • Workforce resourcing strategy
  • Asset management resourcing strategy
  • Long term financial plan
  • Information Management and Technology (IM&T) strategy
  • Fees and charges

All these strategies and plans will be available on this webpage on 30 April, along with a 1–2-page highlights snapshot.

Have your say

We will be seeking your input on these plans to help us continue to enhance the quality of life across Sutherland Shire and benefit our community into the future.

You can provide feedback from 30 April - 28 May 2025:

  • Online by taking the survey, or filling in our quick poll on this page from 30 April 2025
