Adopted: Delivery Program and Operational Plan 2025-29

Adopted in June, our finalised four-year Delivery Program for 2025-2029 and annual Operational Plan for 2025-2026:

• identifies the key activities to reach the outcomes and strategies set out in our Community Plan – Towards 2035
• sets out the actions for the coming year, major projects, who’s responsible and how it’s measured, as well as budget and fees and charges.
