Exhibition of Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for South Village (Kirrawee Brick Pit site)

You are invited to make a submission on the Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) - South Village (Kirrawee Brick Pit site).

The purpose of the VPA is to secure the following public benefits in connection with the South Village development at 566-594 Princes Highway, Kirrawee:

  • a new 9000 square metre public park, including a playground for both young and older children, picnic facilities and bicycle parking;

  • dedication to Council of a 1,500 square metres of multi-purpose space; and

  • monetary contributions towards public domain and road improvements with the Kirrawee shopping precinct and in Oak Road.
