Our Delivery Program and Operational Plan
Consultation has concluded
Our Commitment to the Community
Each year we develop a Revised Delivery Program and Operational Plan that turns ideas and commitments into real-life actions.
The plan outlines what we’ll focus on delivering for the year ahead and is shaped by what you, our community has told us is most important!
Our Draft Revised Delivery Plan 2022 - 2026 and Operational Plan 2024 - 2025 outlines how we’ll deliver, including:
- major projects and upgrades
- community events and programs
- protecting the environment
- implementing organisational programs.
You can find out more about plans for the coming year by viewing our highlights or downloading the full document.
Please note: Due to an administrative error, an incorrect action was identified in our 'Highlights' section of the document for 2024 - 2025. This has since been updated and highlighted on that section of the document (dated 12 April 2024). Please refer to page 101 of the document for the correct timeframe for this action.
