What we'll deliver in the year ahead

Thank you for your recent feedback on our Delivery Program and Operational Plan for 2024-2025. All feedback was reviewed and considered by Council. The final plans have been informed by the feedback you provided.

The revised Delivery Program 2022-2026 and Operational Plan 2024-2025 was supported and adopted at the June 2024 Council Meeting.

Among the major projects and initiatives outlined in the endorsed Delivery Program and Operational Plan are:

• Continued construction of the Cronulla Town Centre upgrade and playground
• Community and Operational Buildings upgrade, new and renewal program
• Road Pavement renewal program
• Upgrade and renewal of sports facilities (including Seymour Shaw Reserve)
• New Kirrawee Community Hub Library
• Additional budget for Drainage and Water Quality New / Upgrade Program in 2025/26 – 2027/28 for construction of additional drainage infrastructure to minimise nuisance flooding and improve water quality.
