Exhibition of amended Development Contribution Plans - Exhibition is now closed for sbmissions

The plans were adopted and in force on the 1st of January 2017.

You are invited to comment on Amendment 2 (Edition 3) of the Development Contribution Plans “Section 7.11 Plan 2016” and “Section 7.12 Plan 2016”.


The Development Contribution Plans allow Sutherland Shire Council to levy development to provide funds for the infrastructure such as playing fields needed as a result of development.


The amendments are to update the schedules of works, to amend the contribution for boarding houses in growth precincts, to expand the range of exemptions and to update EPAA1979 clause references.

    Anyone making a submission is required to disclose any political donation or gift made to any Councillor or Council employee. Please be advised that all submissions received in response to the draft plan will be available as public record.
