Draft Tennis Facilities Plan

Our Plan for Tennis Facilities in the Shire
Council is committed to providing our community with opportunities to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
Following a recent review of facilities in the Sutherland Shire, we have prepared the draft Tennis Facilities Plan and are now seeking your feedback.
This plan was identified as a key priority in our Sport Strategy and Implementation Plan, which aims to support active lifestyles and enhance recreational opportunities for all residents.
The draft Tennis Facilities Plan outlines a strategic approach to the management and improvement of 53 tennis courts across 17 sites in the Shire. It aims to:
establish a consistent and enhanced approach to managing tennis facilities
guide decision-making for future development and improvements
identify and prioritise actions for short, medium, and long term implementation over the next 10 years.
