Sutherland Shire Development Control Plan 2015 - Draft Amendment 6 - ADOPTED

Consultation has concluded

DCP AMENDMENT 6 HAS BEEN MADE. IT CAME INTO FORCE ON 10 MARCH 2021

On 21st September (PLN037-20 and PLN039-20), and 19th October 2020 (PLN047-20) Council endorsed draft amendments to Sutherland Shire Development Control Plan 2015 (SSDCP2015) for public exhibition.

The amendments are: allowing additional residential basement car parking; allowing secondary dwellings in front yards of waterfront lots; removal of the 60% lot depth height control for dwelling houses in medium and high density residential zones; extension to base trading hours for Oak Road and South Village, Kirrawee and other minor amendments. Also exhibited is an amended Greenweb DCP map as endorsed by Council on 20 May 2019 (PLN013-19).

A list of the amendments, the Council reports (PLN037-20; PLN039-20, PLN013-19 and PLN 047-20), DCP chapters marked up with draft amendments and the amended Greenweb map can be viewed under the Document Library (right hand panel).
