Exhibition of Planning Proposal to amend Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 to address issues relating to the finalisation of Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 - SSLEP2015 Amendment 9 ('Other Policy Matters', exhibited as Amendment 7)

SSLEP 2015 came into force on 23 June 2015. The planning proposal at the centre of this exhibition sets out to amend the plan to resolve outstanding issues from the finalisation of the plan and address a number of new issues raised since the making of the plan.

The Document Library (below at right) can be used to review the Planning Proposal Documents, Council Reports and other information.

Council's LEP Mapping Tool (External link) can also be used to see properties included in the Planning Proposal.

Council has delegated authority to exercise the functions of the Greater Sydney Commission under section 59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 in respect of this Planning Proposal.
