Playground - Roger Summers Reserve, Bundeena

Consultation period: 7 July to 10 August 2022

Council is planning to renew the playground at Roger Summers Reserve, Bundeena. This renewal will improve the condition, safety and recreational qualities of the playground and reserve.

Opportunities may include:

• Renewal of existing play equipment and softfall material
• Increase the range of play equipment catering to a wider range of ages
• Safety improvements within and around the playground
• Keep existing footpath access to the playground and improve where required
• Landscape improvements.

Have your say

To assist Council to prepare plans for the playground and ensure it meets the needs of the community, we are seeking feedback on how you currently use the area, facilities and what improvements would be best suited for the playground.

Next steps

Council will review and consider all community feedback received. We will prepare a final design for the playground and advise the community. It is expected that work will start at Roger Summers Reserve during 2023.
