Project update - January 2026

Council discussed the Planning Proposal for the C3 and C4 Zone Review at the 15 December 2025 meeting. At the meeting the decision was reconsidered and supported.

The Planning Proposal is now with the Parliamentary Counsel’s Office for legal drafting of the plan. You can view the relevant information on our website here.
