We will be building a new playground facility in a new location within the reserve south (down the hill) of the existing playground.  The reasons for relocating are: 

* to take advantage of the flatter grades which will improve playground accessibility, 

* make use of the existing path network, 

* provide more play value for a broader age range and move the playground away from President Avenue.  

The area where the playground is currently located will be available to community for other recreational uses.
