Draft Customer Experience Strategy


We’d love to know what you think about our new Draft Customer Experience (CX) Strategy. We've developed this Draft Strategy in consultation with our community and our staff to guide the delivery of customer-centric services, ensuring we engage with our customers, and continue to build trust with our community.

This Strategy outlines our vision, goals, initiatives, actions and measures to transform our customer interactions. In here, we’ve addressed four critical questions we think will help us to meet our proposed vision:

  • Where are we now?
  • Where do we want to be?
  • How are we going to get there?
  • How do we know we have arrived?

Following community consultation, Council will review and consider all feedback received on our Draft Customer Experience (CX) Strategy. Some changes may be made to the Strategy, and it will then be finalised and reported to the Council for adoption. We will keep interested members of our community updated with progress of this document.
