Codes of Conduct and Procedures for the Administration of the Codes of Conduct
Our Codes of Conduct set the minimum standards of conduct for our Officials. Councillors, Council employees, delegates of Council and Council advisers must comply with the provisions of these codes.
The Procedures for the Administration of the Codes of Conduct support the application of the standards set out in the Codes of Conduct and prescribe the pathways for the management of codes of conduct complaints.
Councillor Expenses and Facilities Policy
The Councillor Expenses and Facilities policy ensures that Councillors receive adequate and reasonable resources to enable them to carry out their civic duties. It sets out the limits on what resources will be provided and their ethical and effective use by Councillors, ensuring that these are used in an accountable and transparent manner.
