Project update - July 2026

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on the Amended Voluntary Planning Agreement with Breen Resources.

At its meeting on 23 March 2026, Council considered community feedback and endorsed a revised Planning Agreement with Breen Resources. You can read the details of the Council Meeting(External link) for full details of the decision.

This agreement is now available on Council’s Planning Agreements page (refer to February 2023 and 30 April 2026 – Sutherland Shire Council and Breen Resources Pty Ltd).
