Planning for Kareela Reserve, Kareela

Consultation has concluded

Consultation period: 27 July to 31 August 2022

Council is looking at ways to improve Kareela Reserve (encompassing Kareela Oval and Harrie Dening Soccer Centre) to provide better opportunities for recreation and supporting active lifestyles now and in the future.

Kareela Reserve includes four sports fields, two recreation fields, on-road and off-road bike paths and buildings used as a Sullage Depot, by the Sutherland Shire Football Association and Joeys Junior Rugby League Football Club.

Note: Kareela Creek area is not in scope of this plan.

Your feedback will be used to prepare a draft Masterplan to set the future vision for the Kareela Reserve and improve the area to meet community needs.
