What is a Masterplan?
A Masterplan is a planning document that helps Council establish the future vision for the reserve, prioritise and coordinate future work and forecast budget allocations. This ensures the reserve meets the needs of the community.
What are the next steps?
Following this consultation, Council will review the feedback received and prepare a draft Masterplan. The draft Masterplan will identify a vision along with short, medium- and long-term goals.
Will there be an opportunity to provide further feedback on the draft Masterplan?
Council will work closely with the Stakeholder Reference Group to develop the draft Masterplan, which will be available for the community to review and provide feedback in mid-2022.
When will work start at Gymea Bay Baths Reserve
Work will be prioritised according to the short, medium and long-term goals set out in the Masterplan. Short term upgrades may start in 2022/23.
