Draft Swimming Pool Inspection Program
Consultation is now closed.
Sutherland Shire Council is seeking feedback from community members on its draft Swimming Pool Inspection Program.
The Inspection Program has been reviewed by Council and an updated version is available under the document link on this page for review and feedback.
What this means for you
The Swimming Pool Inspection Program keeps the same certification requirements for residents. Changes include:
- a focus on “high risk pools”
- promotion of swimming pool safety awareness with reference to the Royal Life Saving National Drowning Report 2020.
Feedback on these important safety updates can be submitted until Sunday 6 June 2021:
