SSLEP2015 Minor Amendment: Clauses, Zoning and Development Standards

Consultation has concluded

The Planning Proposal SSLEP2015 Minor Amendments: Clauses, Zoning and Development Standards 2018 seeks to rectify a number of anomalies and mapping issues that have been identified. The amendments aim to make mapping changes to reflect new land surveys or correct mapping inaccuracies. The amendment also seeks to facilitate exhibition homes and villages, and aims to clarify the standards for subdivision of dual occupancy development.

On the 17 September 2018, Council resolved (PLN041-18) to prepare a Planning Proposal in cooperating the amendments considered in PLN007-17, PLN028-18 and PLN037-18. This Planning Proposal seeks to address a range of minor issues and rectify a number of clause anomalies and mapping issues. It is divided into two broad categories: Mapping Changes and Policy Changes.

The planning proposal and supporting documents are on public exhibition from 6 November until 18 December 2019.
