SSLEP 2015 Minor Amendment - Landscape Area - Existing Non-Compliances
The amendment has now been gazetted.
On the 20th August 2018 Council resolved (PLN039-18), to prepare a Planning Proposal to amend the Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 (SSLEP2015). The Planning Proposal seeks to grant specific types of minor development (such as: upper storey additions, carports/garages over existing hardstands, and signage and internal alterations in industrial areas) some flexibility in the application of landscaped area controls, where an existing development does not currently provide the required landscaped area.
The draft amendment will be on public exhibition from 17 July 2019 to 14 August 2019 and can be viewed at Councils Administration Building, Sutherland, Councils website or any library branch within the Shire. Written submissions can be made to Council. For further information please contact the Strategic Planning Unit on 9710 0800.
