Draft Public Property Encroachment Policy

Consultation Dates: 18 July - 15 August 2022

Council is inviting community feedback on its draft Public Property Encroachment Policy.

This Policy provides a framework of guiding principles and transparent methods to assess illegal use of public land. It also outlines clear response options to address encroachments.
