There are some occasions where we may be required to report the findings of a consultation to a Council Committee and details of submissions and names or usernames of may be discussed. The minutes of discussions at committee meetings are published on Council’s website. To request that the details of your submission remain confidential and be excluded from such reports, you will need to advise us in writing to engagement@ssc.nsw.gov.au for consideration by the relevant team.
