Council via delegated authority has determined to exhibit the draft Plan of Management – General Community Use. This Plan has been amended to incorporate the following changes:
Updating of statutory requirements.
Include into the Schedule of General Community Use Land the land parcel information: Part of Lot 11 DP 819440 at 312 Prince Charles Parade, Kurnell.
Inclusion of 4.2.14 Storage into leases and licences that have been expressly authorised for inclusion in the Plan of Management.
The draft plan defining the nominated areas can be viewed in the document library (right) and a hard copy will be on exhibition at Council’s Customer Service Area, located on the Ground Floor, Administration Building, Eton Street, Sutherland, and at all Branch Libraries until 29 November 2016.
