Council has reviewed and updated our Pensioner Rates Policy. The purpose of the Policy is to provide eligible pensioners with the available concessions and payment assistance in relation to their annual Council rates and charges. This Policy applies to all eligible pensioners as prescribed under the Local Government Act 1993 and Local Government (General) Regulation 2021.
