Exhibition of amendments to Plans of Management - Parks and North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club
Consultation period: Tuesday 1 to Monday 28 June 2021
Council proposes to make amendments to the following Plans of Management. These amendments have been placed on public exhibition for community consultation and feedback.

North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club Plan of Management
What's changing
The draft Parks Plan of Management has the below amendments:
Section 4.5.5 ‘Other Estates’ on page 60 - to facilitate the redevelopment and lease of the North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club building
Section 4.5.6 ‘Elevated Balconies’ on page 60 - to allow a lease for an elevated balcony of the Bundeena Community & Services Club building to be constructed over a section of Bundeena Memorial Reserve
Minor spelling amendments.
The draft North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club Plan of Management has the below amendments:
Section 7 ‘Leases licences or other estates’ on page 13 - to facilitate the redevelopment and lease of the North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club building
Minor spelling amendments
References to the updated Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015.
