Tell us what you think of your libraries and library services and go in the draw to win a $50 voucher.

We run a Customer Survey every two years to seek and act on feedback from the community about how we can continue to improve.

Here are just a few of the ways your Libraries have acted on past survey results:

  • Removal of fees to request and reserve items
  • Refurbishment and new furnishings for your libraries, including significant upgrades to Sutherland and Caringbah Libraries
  • WiFi now has no time limit on usage
  • More quiet study spaces

Are you satisfied with the facilities, services and resources provided at Sutherland Shire Libraries? We want to hear your suggestions for improvement or ideas about new and innovative services and facilities that the libraries could provide.
