When will work begin once a Masterplan is finalised?
Work is expected to begin in FY21/22.
What is a 'Plan of Management'?
Plans of Management (PoMs) allow Council to effectively co-ordinate present use and planned future use of public land. PoMs are required to be prepared for all Council owned community land under the Local Government Act 1993, and for Council-managed Crown land under the Crown Land Management Act 2016, and are accountable to the community.
