We are excited to let you know that Council is planning to renew the playground at Gunnamatta Park, Cronulla. We know the playground at Gunnamatta Park is well used and much loved! We also know it could be more vibrant and inclusive, so many more families can enjoy it for years to come.
The project will improve the condition, safety and recreational qualities of the playground.
The opportunities include:
Renewal of playground equipment
Potential to increase range of play activities (within site constraints)
Renewal of soft-fall materials
Safety improvements within and around the playground
Improved seating and water station
Improved footpath access
Tree maintenance and landscaping to existing mature trees.
