You are invited to comment on Amendment 3 (Edition 4) of the Development Contribution Plans “Section 7.11 Plan 2016” and “Section 7.12 Plan 2016”.
The Development Contribution Plans allow Sutherland Shire Council to levy development to provide funds for the infrastructure such as playing fields needed as a result of development. The amendments are to update the schedules of works in the plans.
