Exhibition of amended Development Contribution Plan - Section 7.12 Plan 2020 Amendment 5 (Edition 6)
Consultation period: 30 May to 27 June 2022
You are invited to comment on Amendment 5 (Edition 6) of the Development Contribution Plan “Section 7.12 Plan 2020” Work Schedule.
The Development Contribution Plan allows Sutherland Shire Council to levy development to provide funds for infrastructure such as open space, needed as a result of development.
The amendments are to update the schedule of works; remove completed projects, correct delivery time frames, remove projects not proceeding and substitute in new projects that are consistent with the intent of the plan and the needs and priorities of the community.
