Consultation period: 17 November to 15 December 2021
You are invited to comment on Amendment 4 (Edition 5) of the Development Contribution Plan “Section 7.12 Plan 2016”.
The Development Contribution Plan allows Sutherland Shire Council to levy development to provide funds for infrastructure such as open space, needed as a result of development.
The amendment is to exempt remediation work from accruing development contributions.
