Exhibition of Draft Planning Agreement Stage 4 Woolooware Bay development

Public Exhibition open from 29 July to 27 August 2020

A Draft Planning Agreement (PA) has been agreed between Sutherland Shire Council and Prime Woolooware 4 Pty Ltd, the developer of Stage 4 Woolooware Bay Town Centre Development. You are invited to comment on the Draft Planning Agreement.

The purpose of the Planning Agreement is to secure the following public benefits in connection with the Stage 4 Woolooware Bay development at 457 Captain Cook Drive, Woolooware:

  • A developer contribution of $1,400,000 for new bicycle links,
  • The provision of 5% of residential floor space in the development for affordable rental housing
  • The reservation of 5% of apartments in the development for purchase under the First Home Owner Grant (New Homes)scheme
