Consultation period: 20 November 2021 to 19 January 2022
Council is seeking your feedback on Draft Planning Agreement: 138 – 144 Cronulla Street, Cronulla. The Planning Agreement is between Sutherland Shire Council and Munro JV Operations Pty Ltd (the developer of the proposed commercial building at 138-144 Cronulla Street).
The purpose of the Draft Planning Agreement is to secure the following public benefits in connection with the proposed development of the above site:
Public toilets with a floor area of approximately 25 m2 within the development
A developer contribution of $200,000 towards footpaths works in Beach Park Avenue.
These works will increase public amenity in the southern Cronulla area and improve public infrastructure.
