Adopted: Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan

The Plan was adopted by Council at the 22 June 2026 meeting.

The new Contributions Plan will come into effect for Development Applications and Complying Development Certificates lodged on or after 1 July 2026.

Some minor revisions were made to the draft Plan, including refinement of the affordable housing exemption to apply only to development provided in perpetuity, and administrative corrections to the works schedule, apportionment values and project details.
