Re-exhibition of Draft Development Control Plan (DCP) 2015 - Now available to view on SSC website

Consultation has concluded

An initial exhibition of the draft DCP was held between 28 April and 26 May, 2015. Council received 111 submissions, which were considered on the 31st of August and 21st of September, 2015. A number of amendments to the DCP were adopted through this process, resulting in the re-exhibition of the draft plan between 29 September and 27 October 2015.

A report on the 52 submissions received during the re-exhibition of the draft DCP has been completed; however, Council has not yet considered it. In the interim, the amended draft DCP has been adopted as policy for the purposes of assessing development applications lodged under SSLEP2015.
