Draft Customer Experience Charter

Customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Our community is at the heart of all that we do.

Please help us help you.

No matter how frequently you interact with Council, or what services you use, our teams aim to provide quality customer experiences.

As an organisation, we are looking to evolve, strengthen service and enhance your experience engaging with us.

We are seeking your feedback on the Draft Customer Experience Charter which outlines what you can expect from Council in terms of customer service delivery and how you can help us to keep improving. By sharing your thoughts you will support us in progressing the way in which we deliver service to our community.

  • Friendly, accessible, efficient, and respectful service delivery
  • Fair and transparent decision making that has community interest at the forefront
  • Your feedback, comments, suggestions, and complaints to be heard and considered
  • Your personal information to be treated confidentially.

How you can help us?

  • Treating our team with courtesy and respect
  • Providing accurate and complete information
