As an organisation, we are looking to evolve, strengthen service and enhance your experience engaging with us.

We are seeking your feedback on the Draft Customer Experience Charter which outlines what you can expect from Council in terms of customer service delivery and how you can help us to keep improving. By sharing your thoughts you will support us in progressing the way in which we deliver service to our community.

To serve our community in a professional, friendly and efficient way, striving for continuous improvement in customer experience and keeping aligned to our organisational values of Collaborate, Achieve, Respect, and Evolve (CARE).

What can you expect in your interactions with us?

  • Friendly, accessible, efficient, and respectful service delivery
  • Fair and transparent decision making that has community interest at the forefront
  • Your feedback, comments, suggestions, and complaints to be heard and considered
  • Your personal information to be treated confidentially.

How you can help us?

  • Treating our team with courtesy and respect
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Respecting the rights and privacy of other customers
  • Participating in our regular customer feedback surveys so we can improve your customer experience.

Community feedback will be collated, reviewed and considered by Council

The endorsed charter will then be reported back to the community via this site and Council will then proceed to apply this charter.
