Our Delivery Program and Operational Plan

We have developed a draft revised 2025-2029 Delivery Program and 2026/27 Operational Plan that turns our strategic goals into real-life actions.

The Plan outlines what projects and initiatives we’ll focus on delivering for the year ahead and is shaped by what matters most to our community.

It clearly shows how your rates are being used, and highlights the key priorities for the next year:

  • developing and maintaining high-quality sport and leisure facilities
  • protecting and improving our waterways and stormwater systems
  • addressing traffic congestion and improving parking solutions
  • managing sustainable housing and development projects
  • enhancing the vibrancy and functionality of our town centres.

We have prepared a two-page snapshot that provides a high-level summary of the Plan including our top priorities and projects, plus a breakdown of how your rates are spent. If you would like more detail, we invite you to read the full Plan.
