Diversity Action Plan Reference Group

Consultation has concluded

Council is looking for community representatives from a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background or passionate about multicultural communities who are interested in joining our Diversity Action Plan (DAP) Reference Group.

The role of the Reference Group is to provide knowledge and perspectives about issues and challenges and collaborate to develop strategies helping CALD / multicultural communities feel supported, respected, included and welcome in the Sutherland Shire.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend a one-off meeting at the Council Administration Building at 4 Eton Street, Sutherland in late March.


Who can apply

Any resident of Sutherland Shire who is from a culturally and linguistically diverse background or passionate about multicultural communities and is aged 18 or over can participate.

If you are interested in becoming a member of this group, please fill in the Expression of Interest form below by 13 March 2023.

If you have difficulty completing this form in English, please get in touch and we can organise to complete it for you via phone or meet with you in person.
