Community Services Survey

Consultation has concluded

Council is currently developing a Community Development Strategy to support the key goals in our Community Strategic Plan to sustain Sutherland Shire as a caring and supportive community, a liveable place where we can all continue to enjoy a high quality of life, and evolve as a culturally rich and vibrant community.

Council’s Community Services has a dedicated team providing information, referral and community services, events and activities for child and family, youth, seniors, disability, multicultural and Aboriginal community sectors. Council provides grants and subsidies and supports local not-for-profit organisations to deliver community development programs, events and activities.

We are seeking views from across the community as we develop this Strategy, which will set the priorities and focus for the next 10 years and beyond.
