Adopted: Code of Meeting Practice and Public Forum Policy

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on the Code of Meeting Practice and/or Public Forum Policy review.

The Code of Meeting Practice and Public Forum Policy were both adopted by Council on 15 December 2025.

Some minor revisions were made to both documents. You can review these revisions in the Council Meeting minutes available here.
