What is a Masterplan?
A masterplan is a log term planning document that helps us establish the future vision for the area. It assists us to prioritise and coordinate future work and forecast budget allocations. This ensures the reserve meets the needs of the community.
Is there already a Masterplan for Box Road Reserve?
A Masterplan is a long-term planning document that must be reviewed over time to ensure our spaces continue to meet the needs of our community and to explore new opportunities for improved recreation. Previous plans for the area are now due for review.
What are the next steps?
Following community feedback for this consultation, Council will prepare a draft Masterplan for Box Road Reserve. The draft Masterplan will identify a vision along with short, medium- and long-term goals.
