Exhibition of Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) - Land Exchange with a Section of Geebung Lane and 5 Preston Avenue Engadine
Consultation has concluded
A draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between Council and Engadine Tavern Project Pty Ltd has been prepared to facilitate the exchange of a portion of Council owned road (approximately 170m²) on Geebung Lane for a portion of the car park located at 5 Preston Avenue (approximately 155m²) (part Lot 6 DP 232490). The agreement includes a contribution for the embellishment of the augmented Engadine Town Park.
On the 15th October 2018 Council resolved (SER033-18) to enter in to an agreement to facilitate a land exchange and additional landscaping of Engadine Town Park. In accordance with legislative requirements, the (VPA) – 5 Engadine Preston Avenue – Geebung Lane is on public exhibition from 18 March 2020 to 15 April 2020.
The draft amendment strategy and supporting documents are on public exhibition from 18 March until 15 April 2020.
