Sutherland Shire Development Control Plan 2015 - Draft Amendment 4 - ADOPTED

The plans were adopted and in force on the 1st of January 2017.

DCP AMENDMENT 4 HAS BEEN MADE. IT CAME INTO FORCE ON 10 JULY 2019.


On 22nd February 2019 (PLN002-19), Council endorsed a draft amendment to Sutherland Shire Development Control Plan 2015 (SSDCP2015) for public exhibition. The amendments are minor, and include the addition of new controls for Exhibition Homes and an amendment to allow cafes and restaurants to open early for indoor and takeaway.


The draft amendment will be on public exhibition from 13th March 2019 until 10th April 2019 and can be viewed at Council’s Administration Building, Sutherland, Council’s website http://www.sutherlandshire.nsw.gov.au (via Join the Conversation) or any library branch within the Shire. Written submissions can be made to Council. For further information please contact the Strategic Planning Unit on 9710 0800.

Anyone making a submission is also required to disclose any political donation or gift made to any councillor or council employee. Please be advised that all submissions received in response to the draft amendment will be available as a public record.
