Sutherland Shire Development Control Plan 2015 - Draft Amendment 3 - ADOPTED

DCP AMENDMENT 3 HAS BEEN MADE. IT CAME INTO FORCE ON 3 APRIL 2019.


At Council's meeting on the 10th December (PLN052-18), Council endorsed a draft amendment to Sutherland Shire Development Control Plan 2015 (SSDCP2015), Amendment 3, for public exhibition.

The amendment is to require upper floors of dwellings in the Ridgeway Estate, Barden Ridge to have a minimum 8m setback from the rear boundary, replacing the current development control for dwellings in this location which limits two storey development to the front 60% of the site.

The Council report (PLN052-18) and the proposed amendments (to Chapter 1-Introduction; Chapter 2- Dwelling Houses in Zone E4; and Chapter 3 - Secondary Dwellings in Zone E4) can be viewed under the Document Library (right hand panel).

Hard copies of these documents can be viewed at Council’s Administration Building, Sutherland, or any library branch in the Shire during the exhibition period.
