You are invited to make a submission on the Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) - Auburn Street Sutherland.
On the 13 December 2017 the Sydney South Planning Panel approved Development Application 16/1620 for a Seniors Housing Development at 42 Auburn St, Sutherland. The approval requires the applicant, Bupa Aged Care Australia Pty Ltd, to provide a park within the adjacent reserve.
A draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between Bupa and Council, will facilitate the construction of the park on the Council land at Bupa’s expense, and rationalise the boundaries between 42 Auburn Street Sutherland (Bupa’s land) and 99R Acacia Road (Council’s land).
In accordance with legislative requirements, the draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) is on public exhibition from 30 May 2018 to 27 June 2018.
