What is a Masterplan?
A Masterplan is a planning document that helps us establish the future vision for an area, prioritise and coordinate future work and forecast budget allocations. This ensures our plans meet the needs of the community.
What are the next steps?
Following this consultation, Council will review the feedback received and prepare a draft design for improvements to Gunnamatta Pavilion. Council will also start planning a draft Masterplan for the wider Gunnamatta Park area.
The draft design for Gunnamatta Pavilion and the draft Masterplan for Gunnamatta Park will be available for community review and feedback.
Will there be an opportunity to provide further feedback ?
The draft design for Gunnamatta Pavilion and planning for the draft Masterplan for Gunnamatta Park will be available for community review and feedback. This is expected in late 2022 or early 2023.
When will work start at Gunnamatta Pavilion?
Work will be prioritised according to short, medium and long-term goals.
