Lease of Tennis Courts

Consultation has concluded

Sutherland Shire Council is assessing Expression of Interest submissions to operate council’s tennis court facilities by lease or licence agreement and is seeking feedback from the community on the proposals. At present a series of suggested proposals are being reviewed for eleven tennis courts:

  • Waratah Park Sutherland
  • Scylla Bay, Como
  • Fenton Avenue, Caringbah
  • Dobell Road, Engadine
  • Grand Parade Sutherland
  • Blaxland Drive, Illawong
  • Yala Road Bangor
  • Pyree Street Bangor
  • Lakewood City Reserve Bonnet Bay
  • Warrangarree Drive, Woronora Heights
  • Warabin Street, Waterfal.

  • The community is invited to provide feedback on submissions from recreation and sports groups who wish to introduce multi-purpose uses such as 5 a-side football, volleyball, group fitness as well as tennis.
